I dont agree that edie sedgwick was more known in america than twiggy. Ive lived in america all my life and heard about and saw much of twiggy even though I was a kid, but only heard of edie sedgwick after the fact. twiggy was much more mainstream and initiated the miniskirt and an whole era of fashion.
