The quality makes it seem likes their legs are moving faster than they really are I'm sure. A great way to work on your agility is shadowing a friends movements. I've seen so many quick tennis players with slow reaction time, this helps a lot!

@Zanalastic yeah I shot this a while ago on my phone when cameras were not that great....she is quick though and thanks for your comments

It's not sped up, you need to practice to get that fast. Keep low and you will move faster, but it will be hell on your quads and hams at first.

I think the tracking on the phone struggles a bit but this is normal speed.
Try working on this stuff and see what happens!

How the hell do you shuffle/ run backwards so fast. Was doing similar drills this afternoon..and it wasnt going so well.
