sorry, but they have!! in 2 adventure playgrounds in hertfordshire. Both have open door policies... i.e. if ur child tries to leave the staff cannot and will not stop them... one play area covers 3 acres, has 2 or 3 staff and now they have stopped parents going into the area because they aren't CRB checked... its a joke.

I used to be a Christian too. Then at age 12-13 (similar to Dawkins) my rational adult brain began to form and see that religion is a cruel hoax backed by nothing but primitive myths and perpetuated by those that prey on people's fear of the unknown.

There are numerous in the PHYSICS commuity that mention the theory of dark energy being the TRUE defintion of God.....as mentioned in the book "OUR UNDISCOVERED UNIVERSE".

Parents now have to have criminal background checks to enter play areas with their own kids... because they're deemed a possible "danger" to other peoples' kids. No joke.

Same goes for any voluntary child supervision like soccer evenings, scouts or whatever... adults need clearance from the government in case they're secret kiddy fiddlers. Adults are now guilty until proven innocent, so there's concern volunteers will stop helping kids grow up.

You can also take it this way. The parents have to register to be a member, in order to be at the play ground. I would believe that you would not like to have any adults walking around the playground, only real parents. Not so long ago I heard about a kidnapping attempt, and it really has not occurred in my country. Btw. there are a range of different types of kindergartens and parks, private, public, open, closed, local community, housing complex ... all have their own rules.
