A330s have winglets, however, 767s are being retrofitted with winglets too..

The noses on the A330s are pointier, more blunt on the 767. A330 has many of the flap track fairings under the wings. The 767 doesnt have as many. Best thing is to go online to one of the airliner websites and compare the pictures side by site.....

Not at all....I love the MD-80 (DC9 series). Those planes will be around forever, whereas the A320s will be recycled when their FBW systems fry.....

737s are okay too, except there are too many of them and they are getting boring...Altho I love the older 737-100s and 200...Talk about noisemakers....WhooWhoo!!!!!!!­!!

Volgens mij was die spottersplek weg. Tegenwoordig kan je alleen aan de kop van de 06 (kaagbaan) heel goed kijken.

Ik heb het niet over de polderbaan, maar over de kaagbaan. Ofcourse is er nog een goede spottersplek, sterker nog, hele goede spotters plekken bij de Buitenveldert, Polder, Zwanenburg, Aalsmeer en zelfs de Oostbaan is goed.

I went on a KLM 747 from Sydney to Lebanon in 1973 it was a great Aeroplane so big and comfortable the pilot even leaned the plane down so passangers could see the Snow on the Lebanese mountains and he also flying 160 feet above the water on a 45 degree angle and a old fisherman was upset and was making go away hand movements at the plane it was amazing I thought pilots were not allowed to fly 160 feet above sea level.

There WAS a special "spotter" area on the side of the runway. but they closed it like the road towards it.

the only way of getting those shots is to walk to it and hope that you won't get arrested.

no, you can still drive to it now. the only problem is a big gate coverd with police signs: do not cross etc.

It is possible but a lot has changed or is about to be changed in that area. The whole KLM Gargo fleet is about to move over to this side of the runway. And so are the other Gargo lines exept AeroGround Cargo.

Dankjewel en ik vind de A330 het mooiste toestel dat tot nu toe uit de Airbus-fabrieken is gerold. De A380 is een goede tweede maar hij komt een beetje "log" over. Enfin als (ALS) er een stretched version komt van de A380, zal deze er een stuk statiger uitzien. :-)
