Really & Capitalism works better? Stalin PURGED the Red Army in his paranoia, which resulted in inexperienced people and stupid yes-men rising through the ranks, which of course resulted in disaster more often than not, and certainly FAR more often than was necessary.

Trotsky was a brilliant military leader and would have won World War 2 far more quickly, far more efficiently, and in a far less costly way, than that idiot Stalin did.

How people continue to defend Stalin is beyond me. THIS is why Communism hasn't succeeded yet.

Trotsky did not oust Stalin via a coup using the Red Army because his political conception was the opposite of Stalin's PERSONAL-anti-proletarian-dict­atorship.

After all the sacrifices and millions dead, Stalin's counterrevolutionary actions led to capitalist restoration, as Trotsky had foreseen.
