lol it's soo easy guys, just as you're accelerating press the down button and release once you start to see some sparks. The plane will jump up, make sure you don't let it stall in mid air, just keep pressing down enough so it gains more energy for higher altitudes. Turning is a bit harder, but basically tap the right or left genitally and allow the plane to adjust to the change, don't force it too much in one direction.

after getting into the second city, find the subway , it will take u just in the side of the st. francis international airport(it will blink as u get out of the train). rest u wiill find out after seeing the air port boundry, it will not take too long u to find the entry!!!!!!!

@2233amir If you gu to the airport, the are 2 places where to find the Dodo: In a Hangar. (Do you remember that mission where Donald Love send you to find a package, and in the final part, Migel is betrayed by Catalina? well, in this hangar)

The second place is close to the road (In the north of the road). If you see, many videos of GTA III, the people go to this Dodo. If you dont find these planes, send me a message, and ill do a video where to find the Dodo. And sorry if my English isnt good

You have to find a long flat place, then just slowly go down and hit the ground until u stop, just like a real plane :]

Doesn't matter, wait until you see sparks and you're going fast enough. Just don't use the nose-up button at all as that can make you stall.  It's generally very easy...I'd fly around for hours sometimes.

Guide:

Full throttle, and tilt the plane so that you JUUUUST can se the planes nose over the white wings. Keep it that way, and get som altitude. When you have reached some altitude, the plane flies itself.

I just don't get it, how do you keep the dodo in the air without letting go of "w" which causes it to accelerate? For me, it lifts off, loses speed and comes down again. The only thing i can fly is the tank, cause it has the turret to push it along. Can any1 help me?

ya maybe thats a easy way to fly a dodo, I have Real Mod and i fly with F-16 but I think it's the same. I'm taking speed, and when I'm in air I let him to fall easy down... When he is in falling I'm taking speed easy again. So, I can fly for a long time and the danger to fall small.

The speedometer is in multi theft auto BUT you can download one for the game. BUT you have to start a new game if you want to use the speedometer if you download one.
