They already did, but it's the American version called The Haunted Mansion.
Phantom Manor is the french version.

Phantom Manor- so scarier than the disneyland Anaheim one. I can tell and I've never been to paris. FACT:I go to disneyland practically once a....week! we have passes so.....hey, it's free fun! This is my second favorite ride. My favorite is "Pirates of the Carribean"
