I did what you showed on the video and all my songs and music are gone because it was backing it up and then doing all that stuff then I checked my iPod music all of them were gone and the videos, do you know how to reverse that? and bring my music and videos again? I still have all my apps but yeah music and videos are gone and I don't know if I download every song and videos again on my iPod I don't think it will sync because all of this happened last night ;( please help me please

I meant like if you sync it and iTunes doesn't have music in it and then when you do the sync box and apply thingy nothing will happen to your music in your iPod? I'm sorry if I ask so many questions, some bad stuff happened to my iPod last time that is why I am VERY careful now cuz you know I was new with iTunes and all that and I synced music on my iPod and deleted it from iTunes then synced my iPod again with different songs, then all that crap happened and bam! all my 100 something songs we

if you do that will it erase like all the songs in your ipod? and wont retrieve them again? because i deleted all of my songs that are in my ipod on itunes and i sync my music manually. and that error thing happend to me yesterday and dont know how to fix it so yeah, i really want to try it but im scared that it will erase all my songs and wont get them back :/ please reply soon! thank you!

@MegaUsername43 Well it only works for some people. You might have to reset your Iphone / Ipod, But there might be another way.
