Definitely the best new(ER) rapper out right now. This guy might not be super revolutionary, but he may have 100x more skills than most rap you hear on the radio, or otherwise. Elzhi, J Cole, Big K.R.I.T., and Kendrick Lamar are my guys right now. Seriously, Elmatic was fucking sick as hell. I hope this guy continues to grow and become an even greater MC.

And elzhi isn't even one of the "newer" rappers. He has been out since 97..But like you i put him in the class with the good artist of now.

Yeah that is how I feel. I try my best to fully like elzhi songs but there is usually something in a song that I don't like, I don't like the chorus in this and the beat( like you said ) just has too much going, and the chorus on top of it makes it worse imho. It reminds me of a nice room that is cluttered(Is nice but needs to be cleaned up a bit). And the 1st half of the chorus is annoying, that voice reminds me of the humpty dance.
