@bbhaver After playing the entire game, this is the toughest checkpoint. I really struggled trying to capture a solid strat and probably did this over 10 times. There is really no easy way to go about doing this. Silent killing the first 5, killing the 2 turret gunners, waiting with rpg/grenadier under the second turret for armored enemies is basically the strat. All a matter of some chaotic gunplay and the checkpoint is yours.
