@SWBism Where did you get the idea that Jesus came to save everyone BUT the Jews? Jesus came to the Jew first, then the Gentile. Jesus himself said "Salvation is of the Jews", the very oracles of God are committed to the Jews. Jesus is the King of Kings- LORD of Lords-no one took his life, he laid it down, he laid it down for our sins, he laid it down& had the power to take it up again. He rose from the dead-an evident token that His sacrifice was accepted by the Father. Believe this & be saved
God bless the Israel of God...the remnant. Blessed be the Lion from the tribe of Judah who died for the remission of the sins of the jew first and a gentile like me also.Blessed be Jerusalem and all that call upon His name in truth.May the Lord hear from His Holy Hill and save us.May the enemies of Israel be scattered and put to shame.Jesus will be here Soon! Seek Him.Repent from your ways that you may HAVE BEEN counted as the elect...For unto you it is given to know the mysteries of the Kingdom
As the Father knows me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep... Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again. No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father."
@riadtel22 Actually, God killed Jesus. Is 53:4,6,10: Smitten by God, and afflicted...the LORD has laid on Him the iniquity of us all...it pleased the LORD to bruise Him -- We are all responsible for the death of the Messiah: Acts 4:26-27: THE KINGS OF THE EARTH...AND THE RULERS WERE GATHERED TOGETHER AGAINST THE LORD AND AGAINST HIS CHRIST...gathered together against Your holy servant Jesus...both Herod and Pontius Pilate, along with the Gentiles and the peoples of Israel
Jews and gentiles all of us deserved the wrath of God, but He loves us so much that he sent his son to saves us; and the son (Jesuschrist) gave his life so we can have a relationship with the Father again. So, Please, don't blame the jews for his death.
@riadtel22 Yes I do. And it is not the Jews that killed Yeshua, but whole humanity. My rotten sins have caused that the Jewish Messiah had to die so that I am now able to get to the Lord G'd of Israel. So HaShem is now not only the G'd of the Jews but also for non-Jews like me. Please repent from this ignorant belief because Yeshua himself is a Jew!!!
@riadtel22 Show me, a video, a picture... of Jews killing to Jes_s, so you are a Stupid, bcuz Jes_s for Christianian people is alive bucuz he revived... and Born the new Faith of Christians... with Jes-s alive not died! RACIST!!! Jes-s was Jew, Was a Human, a Brother, sooo... for me He's not the Mashiah, for another, he is it...I respect that,,,
@riadtel22 . Did you know that Jesus himself was born a jew and died a jew?! Jesus HAD to die to fulfill God's plan of salvation, Jesús offered himself to die in thew cross to redeem us from all our sins. Are you save?
@riadtel22 Jewish are the seed of Abraham as well as Jesus.
A real christian prays for Israel and loves the Jewish even if some of them hate christians. You killed Jesus and so did I...all of us sinners. That was the Master´s plan.
@riadtel22 we are all to blame. Not just the Jewish. I am to blame too. We all sin against Him. That's why Jesus died, so our sins can be forgiven. We should be thankful for that. Because God gave His only Son for us..
"For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life." (John. 3:16)
Excellent video full of grace and truth. I love your art and words expressed in pictorial form, of a truth they are worth a thousand words. The music is great also. I esp. like it that John Parsons gives the scripture for the upcoming Shabbat and Jewish Holidays on his daily site blog.Shalom!
Both the Old and New Covenants have been subjected to all the tests of historicity that all ancient documents have been subjected to and BOTH have passed ALL the tests! Dr. Josh McDowell, an attorney, set out to prove ONCE AND FOR ALL that the entire Bible is a myth. To be intellectually honest, he determined he's have to read the Bible in order to shut the mouths of the idiots who believed in it. Do you know what happened? It's found in "Evidence That Demands a Verdict."
Zephaniah 3:14 - Sing, O Daughter of Zion; shout aloud, O Israel! Be glad and rejoice with all your heart, O Daughter of Jerusalem! 15 The LORD has taken away your punishment, he has turned back your enemy. The LORD, the King of Israel, is with you; never again will you fear any harm.
There is an old Jewish proverb:he who mentions a few does not deny that there are more. Salome was the wife of Zebedee, and mother of James and John. Matthew chose to only put the emphasis on the two Mary's, who were earlier mentioned in his Gospel. Salome is never mentioned in the book of Matthew. However, she is mentioned in the chapter earlier of Mark 15:40 at the crucifixtion, so Mark, led by God, felt that was an important detail to add to show the woman's faithfulness and consistency.
c. According to Luke 23:55, 24:1 and 24:10, "the women who had come with him out of Galilee." Among these women were "Mary Magdalene and Joanna and Mary the mother of James." Luke indicates in verse 24:10 that there were at least two others.
d. According to John 20:1-4, Mary Magdalene went to the tomb alone, saw the stone removed, ran to find Peter, and returned to the tomb with Peter and another disciple.
Again, to answer c., the same proverb is true: he who mentions a few does not deny that there are more. Joanna is never mentioned in Matthew or Mark, but she is mentioned earlier in Luke 8:3 as wife of Chusa, Herods steward. So it is important for her to be mentioned in this Gospel, as well as the other women to show consistency. The other Gospels do not deny they were there, they are just silent about it because those women were not already mentioned in the story.
To answer d., you must see that John is emphasizing that Mary Magdalene came (John 20:1), because she is the one who ran to tell Peter and the other disciple about the empty tomb (John 20:2). She also came back by herself a little later (John 20:11-18) and saw the risen Christ. She was also uniquely emphasized at the crucifixtion account of John (John 19:25). "He who mentions a few does not deny that there are more." I can see you took time to look these things up and I appreciate that!
a. According to Matthew 28:2-4, an angel of the Lord with an appearance like lightning was sitting on the stone that had been rolled away. Also present were the guards that Pilate had contributed. On the way back from the tomb the women meet Jesus (Matthew 28:9).
b. According to Mark 16:5, a young man in a white robe was sitting inside the tomb.
1. The visit of the women to the tomb of Jesus; Mt 28:1, Mk 16:1
2. The earthquake, the rolling away of the stone by an angel, and the fright of the Roman watchers; Mt 28:2-4
3. The visit of the women to the tomb of Jesus about sunrise Sunday morning and the message of the angels about the empty tomb; Mt 28:5-8, Mk 16:2-8, Lk 24:1-8, Jn 20:1
The true Christian world would not be upset if a Nun was pregnant, because Nuns are not Christians in the Biblical sense.
My dear, then there are very very very few real christians.
(no even mentioning the total loss of popularity in lots of places around the world.
in western europe most churches contain only a handful of old people with eastern european priests. to little western europeans interested in it. guess why, the vatican has been faking and corrupting for centuries...)
Just because someone calls themself Christian does not mean there faith is real. Jesus said Matt 7:21: "Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven." He also said: Matthew 7:14: "Strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto [eternal] life, and few there be that find it." Churches are dying in Europe because they left the Bible and started following men. The Vatican does not represent Biblical Christianity or Christ, only men.
The true Christian world would not be upset if a Nun was pregnant, because Nuns are not Christians in the Biblical sense. This is an office of the Roman Religion which is totally unscriptural (I Tim. 4:3). However, if someone was pregnant outside of marriage or in marriage, we try to help and support them the best we can in material and spiritual ways. Christians run and financially support Crisis-Pregnancy centers, not atheists (etc...). This is quite a straw-man you are setting up.

There are no contradictions. There are different accounts of different people coming to the tomb. There was not just one, but multiple visits. First Mary Magdalene and Mary mother of Jesus and Salome go,followed by other women bearing spices. (Luke 23:55-24) Then Mary the mother of James and Joses comes (Matt 28:2)Then Peter and John arrive (Johhn 20:3-10)Then Mary Magdalene returns (John 20:11-18) followed by Mary mother of James and Joses and the women with the spices (Luke 24:4-5).
Talking about archaeological, historical, or scholarly presence, you should then defenitly be looking at the original bible, and not some reviewed edition. (funny g-d you believe in... He needs his book reviewed/updated /mordenised...
the 5 books of Moses were written by G-d, and keep their validity forever.
I can affirm to you that the underlying Hebrew and Greek texts are in agreement with our English language translations. The original Bible is the Bible we use. The Dead Sea Scrolls, Hebrew Masoretic Text and 6,000 Greek manuscripts affirm the validity and consistency of Scripture. The Old Testament that Moses gave is the same that we read today. Deuteronomy 4:2: Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither diminish from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God.
The real question is, why did God continue to give His Word after Moses? According to your interpretation, anything past Moses is not "The Word of God" as it is an addition. That discounts the Neviim (Prophets) and Ketuvim (Writings), which were added after Moses wrote Deut. 4:2. We believe the "new" testament, which was written by all Jewish writers, is simply a continuation of God's revelation, just as Ezra or Nehemiah are. The New Testament is very much a Jewish book.

a. According to Matthew 28:2-4, an angel of the Lord with an appearance like lightning was sitting on the stone that had been rolled away. Also present were the guards that Pilate had contributed. On the way back from the tomb the women meet Jesus (Matthew 28:9).

1. The visit of the women to the tomb of Jesus; Mt 28:1, Mk 16:1
2. The earthquake, the rolling away of the stone by an angel, and the fright of the Roman watchers; Mt 28:2-4

6. The appearance of Jesus to the other women; Mt 28:9-10

3. Who did the women tell about the empty tomb?
a. According to Mark 16:8, they said nothing to anyone.
b. According to Matthew 28:8, they ran to report it to His disciples.
c. According to Luke 24:9, they reported these things to the eleven and to all the rest.
d. According to John 20:18, Mary Magdalene announces to the disciples that she has seen the Lord.
