Do you really have to solder top and bottom on the frequency board? It looks like they only did the bottom. Can you get the correct value caps for the rebuild or do you have to substitute values. Thanks for getting back Ron
@darticus1 Your eyesight needs to be top notch to do this work. I would not recommend it if not so. You could use the magnified lights that are available, that would help immensely. I recommend doing the main board first and then the counter module. You need to be at the top of your game when you get to the dual-sided frequency counter board.
