@DeathStar1977 Well your confidence sure worked, as Universal released a Halloween II BluRay (which also has Terror In The Aisles!). Halloween, Halloween II and Halloween H20 happen to be my favorite Halloween films (a trilogy in my words :p )
@Johnlindsey289 True, in my opinion, the only way to watch Halloween 2 is directly following the original, thinking of it as watching the extended cut of Halloween. Because, on its own, even John Carpenter said about Halloween that there was no story left to tell, so it's just an extension of the hunt for Michael Myers on that same night. It's good if you watch them back to back, but not on its own.
@slave2moonlight It's an even cooler experience if you watch the extended cut of the first Halloween directly followed by Halloween 2. Now if only Universal would release an extended cut of Halloween 2 that would make the experience all the cooler and even more epic. lol.
Of course if you have H1 and H2 together then you get one huge movie. But it is more of a bloodbath than the original psycho suspense thriller, It's also nice it was set in the same night.
I,was nine when this came out, thanks for posting.

I doubt Lionsgate got rights to 2 and 3. But I'm confident by 2011, we'll see a new SE DVD and Blu of 2 from Universal if the cards are played right.
