I would've thought that Solitude would be the Sith because Riften is one of the Stormcloaks territory, and they are Rebels. Jedis are rebels too. I just sounded like a total Star Wars geek

@LuigiVSGame999 Sorry to be "that guy" but I'm a nerd with no life. Jedis were not rebels per say, they just opposed the Galactic Empire (I assume you're talking about the original trilogy). In fact, pre-Empire age, the Jedi worked hand in hand with the Republic and helped as its "peacekeepers." Before the assumption of the name Vader, the Republic was basically upheld by Jedi.
