  • I didn't see the theater....

  • Do you know Judy Dill?

  • No I don't...I'm not aware of any theater.

    thx.

  • Oh ok. So how long have you been at BP?

  • We were just looking and reminising about old time. We have been going to OBX. I would like to have a trailer and access to that nice beach.

  • @bengalguy88 i know Judy and John Dill from Columbus, Ohio. Very nice people. John would play his guitar and sing songs of Bay Point and Hank Williams.

  • @rr8787 Yep that's them! They are both my grandparents.

May I ask you're name? Maybe they know of you.

  • @bengalguy88 my name is Bobby Rankin and my parents are Bob and Darlene Rankin of Springfield, Ohio. My parents lived on 10th street at Bay Point for many years. I now live in Versailles, Ohio....and married with 2 kids. I may have crossed paths with you long ago. Judy and John are wonderful people. I always see Judy and Ruth Haubert together.....sadly Ruth passed away. Tell your grandparents I said hello.

  • @rr8787 Bobby Rankin! It's me Lois(White) Showalter...remember me? I was sooooooooooooo sorry to hear about your Dad. I have many great memories of him. I was missing bay point and was reading the comments about this video...We used to have some great times didn't we? Sadly Bay point isn't the same anymore, but we have great memories!

  • I agree. BP is better than East Harbor for swim and picnic. I did not know BP closed it for the public to see and roam about. Is the big white theater still there. We used to watch movies on Saturdays?

  • Wow!! Bay Point has really changed a lot. I used to come to BP every summer with my parents who lived on 10th street. Lots of good memories at BP including the people there.
