As far I remember (and we see this everyday), they walk over to your car (as quick as possible) and zip that scanner and Wal'la, a ticket.

If the N.Y.P.D. (or any government agency) decided to target ANY citizen, no doubt the will always find something (big or small) to get that person in trouble.

Also notice: 2:35 The officer says "we came down the line etc... we said "get that one of the sidewalk"...etc...

Since when do traffic agents give the courtesy of warning you to move your car (or in this case Scooter) before giving you a ticket.

in minute 1:10 the cop says that someone was complaining that the scooter are parked all over.

Since when is that a problem, since when is that illegal? Is there now a limit in how many cars your allowed to park on one given street?
