The bad dudes ALWAYS run because they have much to hide and they figure if they make a break for it they MIGHT get away. Uneducated/poor people will steal every time. Black yes, again.....poor families with little money to send their kids to college to further their education and help them plan a career. I saw a show like that once. A car had crashed into a roundabout, and there was no sign of the driver. The guy nearby claimed he had seen what happened and wondered over to see if anyone was hurt. His stroy seemed legit, but he was also a wee bit drunk. The cops belived him but got him to stand by the ambulance. What does he do? He says "Ok, but I gotta get my keys and phone out of the car..." What a plank XD
