  • Another indian veggie in the westerners research list. Hi everybody u no need to follow researchers and add one by one in ur food list. just follow indian food, especially south-indian food. Its full of nutritional veggies ex. turmeric, ginger,pepper,spices,murungai not moringa,tulsi etc. for ur tips don't overcook murungai it will loose its nutrients.

  • you cook the leaves with soup and it`s really good and my parents used to plant them infront of our house and we cooked it fresh from the tree trunk

  • We have been eating this since i was young by making a soup out of it, together with squash and sping onions and tomatoes..and my grandparents before has been eating it since 1920s..but be careful with the roots and the seeds is abortive...the leafs is used for soup and its juice is used for treating wounds..it does easily heals wounds...

  • 10 mins. of telling us how good it is to eat but no shots of people actually eating Moringa.

  • this is a very useful plants in our country such as foods and medicines!!

    

  • In our locality, we use the moringa trunk to hit snakes because this makes them immobile, so i've heard.
