salam aleikum to those who are commenting about the celebrating of thanksgiving, i read that one person said since when to muslim celebrate thanksgiving or something very similar. thanksgiving is NOT a religous holiday. it is a cultural holiday. and by my learning of islam, that culture is not haram untill is contradicts the teaching and laws of islam. so im saying that yes ney years, valentines day, haloween, christmas etc are haram because thay are religous but thanksgiving is not.
