People really need to learn that just because a song is "easy", doesn't mean it is a shitty cover. She played this song PERFECTLY. Way to many drummers would overplay this, especially the ones complaining that it is to easy. One of the most important parts of being a drummer is knowing when to unleash some nasty chops and fills and when to play pocket. This is a pocket song and she did a GREAT job. Thumbs up anyone?

My advice to Jackie is to make sure to tighten up the left hand during those 16 note rhythms, during the verse. And don't be afraid to be a little more aggressive, SJC kits have a great punchy sound. :D Other then that I thought it was fun and a very appropriate approach to the song. Can't wait to see more.

Jackie! Sit up straight, stop adding in notes to sound cool, you're not there yet. Everytime you try to add in any sort of accent note, you throw off your timing, and it is very obvious. You need to get your basic techniques down before doing all the cool effects, or else you'll never improve!
