  • @BlackWingsRainbowTip Yeah I think wearing tight clothes can cut off your circulation so your body tissue gets a bit screwed over.. not 100% but i think i read this somewhere and it would make sense! But im sure it would effect the outer thigh more - the inner thigh is one of those naturally squishier places that cellulite probably results from lack of toning.( i'm not an expert though )

  • @highinbliss do this exercise, 3 reps of it everyday if you can. drink TONS of water, eat healthier. simple as that. the same routine might get boring or you might crave some junk food, but trust me, it'll work. :))

  • @NrollQueen I went on a 100% organic diet and my cellulite was completely gone in 3 weeks! I think that cellulite is caused by the chemicals in our food supply. I stopped eating organic and it came right back! So I've got to get back in the groove! Good luck to you. :)

    cellulite s caused due to the swelling of sub dermal fat cells which push around the connective tissues that hold the cells together. The less fat you have, the less noticeable cellulite is. you can remove it by drinking lots of watter and massaging your thighs with cellulite creams.

  • @pomarannca i wouldn't go as far as that. Ur defination of cellulite is acurate. U were fine if you leave out the name calling and the creams. The creams do NOTHING in regards to removing cellultie. All they do is tighten the skin, giving the "appearance" of lessoning of cellulite. You need to work out, cardio helps, but best results, you need to apply weights.

  • This rutine is very demanding for the knees. If you do it wrong or already have pain or problems with you knees YOU WILL GET HURT.

  • I don't know... i've personal trained for a long time. Cellulite is fat, stubborn fibrous fat, that only increasing muscle mass on your legs will help get rid of. Now, i am not denying that this is h ard, but to me... you need weights to increase leg/hamstring/glute size, especially being a woman. Your own body weight.. just equals an extreme cardio workout.

  • @Rob774 i disagree, ive been doing a home workout routine with no wieghts and i am very thin with ass and thigh cellulite, my routine is walking, pilates and light aerobics i have seen dramatic results in the reduction of my cellulite and it has only been 1 week, personally i would rather be toned then have bulging leg and butt muscles;) Results dont lie!

  • @crabfishlion You are a woman, so you are not going to have "buldging" leg and butt muscles unless you take supplements, and even then you won't get that big. U are seeing reduction in your cellulite because you are losing fat overall. Women who are largen then you, who have a lot more cellulite ( like the more curvy adult actresses) they are going to need to apply weights, because the increased lean muscle definition helps the appearance from underneath as well as use the the fat for energy.

  • I tried this exercise for the first time today. i am not in shape at all, im 5'8 and 120 pounds. I am not fat, but I havent exercised in years. I have noticed some cellulite so I have to start exercising.

    For someone that hasnt exercised in years, this was HARD. The jumping was the hardest part for me. I had to quit the jumping in the 2nd part and do squats.

    I will do this every day until i can get through it without a sweat! Hopefully this works!
