This is nothing new. What do you think CPS has been doing to us since the early 1900's? There is a reason behind it. And it isn't because they think we can't take care of them on our own. It's a control issue. With it, parents can no longer object to vaccines or home school their kids. They become the property of our government, or shall I say government scum.

What are you talking about? I was home schooled, and I signed my own medical documents refusing to supply evidence of my vaccinations on the grounds of Ideological objections, simply because I didn't feel like looking for the paperwork.

Also, can you show me a case where CPS took away children from a house that was not incompetent at raising them?

Um yes actually I can. My two oldest were taken. And they were forced vaccinated even tho I signed a religious exemption form. I was home schooled too. If the government wants to force us into vaccinating our children (which in my case they did) and prevent us from teaching our children how we want to and not what the gov wants, they can use this to do so. I have been in the system for 5 years. I think I know what I am talking about here.

And before you tell me that I deserved to have my sons taken from me, keep in mind they took the two older ones, adopted them out, and left the 3 younger ones with me. I wasn't charged with anything and right now I am suing the state and winning. It does happen. And if we allow the gov this much control, we will lose more than just our God given rights to being a parent.

WeedGreenPowerRanger - Parents have had their children taken from them merely because they were home schooling them (I'm surprised you don't know this). That why the Home School Legal Defense Association was formed, to fight against CPS kidnappings of home schooled children. I'm surprised  at your ignorance regarding CPS.
