And yet Dudley's work ethic goes unquestioned, and even praised by the likes of smeltixpride. Baloney. No professional basketball player should shoot 46% from the line, much less a white guy w/ no athletic ability.

In his biography, Shaq described how Rick Barry tried to show him how to shoot FT underhanded & Shaq flatly refused to consider it, saying that he did not want to look foolish. The mind boogles at what impact SO'N could have if he was a 80% FT shooter.

no one in the nba lacks talent. there are just varying levels of talent. hell, anyone who plays DivI college ball has a ton of talent. you know what kind of numbers dudley put up in college? you'd think twice. shot blocking and rebounding require an immense athletic skill as well. there are plenty of 6-11 guys without talent who work really, really hard... 90% never even have a chance to play the game in DI much less professionally.
