Oral Vitamin B12 -- methylcobalamin -- available from the health food store, etc. can sometimes help with this. Tablets are 1000 MICROgrams. You can crush one tablet and add it to her food once a day. B12 deficiency can create symptoms like these, esp. in older cats or cats with renal issues.
Thank you for your kind words. This is a mysterious illness, vestibular disease. We expected that once we had gotten her under vet's care and administered her medications that we would see a more remarkable improvement. Not sure she will recover 100%. Too sad.
