1:50 the solo is extended to be twice as long as the somewhat short album version that Viv Campbell played. This solo is a nice little piece of composed music all in itself, with an actual tune you really remember, and I like the tasteful way Douggie Aldrich expanded on the same melodic idea playing it here live.

This DVD is WELL worth buying and has some great Rainbow material that just smokes.

The only thing that bothers me about Dio's cancer is that, while early-stage and curable, Dio of all metal performers has the most "right" not to have cancer, compared to Ozzy's substance abuse and that of so many others. Dio has clearly never gotten beyond beers and probably a little marijuana compared to the coke, crank, and smack so many others have imbibed.

I just read that he was in the early stages of stomach cancer, which is good that they caught it early. I'm pretty sure stomach cancer is one of the more survivable cancers. He may lose part of his stomach, but I think he should be okay.

He is an incredible performer. Born to be on stage. His stage presence is almost supernatural. Ozzy is great and so is Bruce Dickenson, but I think I'd take seeing Dio's show over the other two.
