Generally, a shy girl responds to and gives more signals (e.g. eye contact and body language or hanging around you) rather than being talkative. If you talk to her you really wont get much out of it except building a little rapport. However, once you pick-up on her signals, if positive, then just ask her out. You'll need to learn to recognize her signals which may sometimes only be simple eye contact alone.

@youzz33 Im my opinion no. It's a bit like the boy who cried wolf and it could cause problems later on when you really do ask her out as she still might think your joking. I assume your still at school or college, have you tried seeing more of her outside of school or work? If not do, dont call it a date or anything like that but meet up with her like you would with your best friend and take it from there. Your not stupid so you'll know when the time comes. @youzz33 Yes, many women are hard workers and the girl you like may have had trouble with men in the past and is reluctant to start looking for a new boyfriend. And yes the other girl coming in to your conversation could mean thats shes jealous and if she is and you start to notice your geting attention from another girl, relax and be the person you are, think about what you really want. Theres no set way to do this and the female brain is a scary place haha

Start casual conersation as she may see you everyday but may think you to shy to come talk to her. But whatever you do play it cool but not to cool. I assume your still at school or college, have you tried seeing more of her outside of school or work? And yes the other girl coming in to your conversation could mean thats shes jealous and if she is and you start to notice your geting attention from another girl, relax and be the person you are, think about what you really want. it's not just girls who get shy but guys do to and it's the same thing. usually a more social person will be comfortable with other social people, and a shy person will actually be more comfortable with another shy person. so if you are the sociable guy and you are going after a shy girl, then maybe you would want to "put yourself at her level". and maybe, just possibly that shy person will feel more comfortable.

@khatereh21 hey. have a common friend spy his opinion of you for you w/o him knowing you'll hear about it. if he's making eye contact, he just might like you. then, if you find out that he might be interested, chances are that whatever your approach will be, it'll work. heck, you can even write him a note telling him that you like him. just avoid long-winded anythings because guys have short attention spans and you might come across as being desperate. also, find out what his interests are

You know what i find funny, quiet, soft spoken girls are so shy at first but when your fucking the they squeal like a stuffed pig, K i dont judge anyone that watches these videos. i was a shy girl and the way that my boyfriend got me was by just being real with me. he showed me the person he was and not what everyone else saw. he talked and let me get comfortable around him. If a shy girl can feel comfortable being herself around a guy then she'll let him know in her own way. Just got to look for the signal.

@SuperPhoenix5 get to know her. start off by just saying hi and see how she responds. if she has a pair of nice shoes or a nice jacket, tell her you like them. you want to show her that you like the same things that she does and just smile at her when she says something funny: don't be too nice but don't be a jerk either. just be cool and see what happens. it's better to hang out with her around other friends at first so that she gets more comfortable. after that, you can hang out with her alone
