In T1 Connor led the humans to victory at the start of the film. They had smashed SkyNets defence grid and won the war. If they changed something in T2 or 3 That changed the future wouldn't that create a time paradox? SkyNet wouldn't have to send a terminator back in time to kill John seeing as how there so powerful now, Shara wouldn't have been almost been killed by it and there for wouldn't have needed Reece to save her and thus John would have never been born. ... Maybe not.

in t2 it was 11 years in the future, and those terminators were all 800 series, and since the first one is invented in this film, it would be kinda hard to replicate that scene :p. maybe im just being biased

I seen a few other comments saying John may die but you don't know for sure sure he was killed in the future before so the Terminator says in 3 but you gota think maybe somthing changed. Like if you kill a butterfly it changes the future but if leave it go the future goes another way. So you don't know maybe it will be different then the war the first two movies flashbacks

The future did change the total environmental devastation and the nuclear winter they were in in the first movies is gone. So it is a watered down judgement day that takes place. And it kind of makes sense when in the trailer is claimed machines outnumber people which means a lot of the infrastructure to build the damn things is till intact in this timeline.
