  • i can only get 6 reps of this :(

  • i do 2 sets of 15 for 150 pounds. currently 16. I wanna try to bench the most, 300 pounds of pure steel, nothing else. Curling I wanna get to 200. One day ill get there ;)

  • your arms man they need to get bigger

  • nice physic man your pretty cut and diced man! keep it up

  • you need mass dude

  • correction* 170 pounds.

  • I heard Justin Bieber can bench 120 lbs, I could do that when I was 16 too, but I didn't weigh 92 lbs like he does. That made me real mad, so now I HAVE to bench at least 1700 lbs.

  • The otherday I felt like Harrison Ford, so I thought oh I can bench 150, I mean hell I weigh 170, it should be a piece of cake... Damn... I was weak. Couldn't even get the bastard up all the way. I guess that's what i get for bench pressing once every 4 years.

  • eat some carbs brah

  • Nice to see some supporting guys on youtube. Great job, good form.

  • Good job, keep working man and add slowly ! You're doing it the right way, You'll be in the 200s before you know it.

  • youre just too nice for anyone to say anything negative. great job tho

  • @devilshand222 thats actually not hard. especially for an adult. but hes working hard so thats all that matters

  • 150 is my Max lol . im pretty weak .

  • @devilshand222 It's not tough for certain people. I'm not trying to be a keyboard warrior or anything so I'm not saying I can do any more or less than that, I'm just trying to state a fact.

But for people of his build, it is impressive.

  • great video im a noob at lifting so far benching 100 doing 4 reps of 10

  • @DHREVOLUTION 4 reps of 10 or 4 sets of 10? 10 sets would be near overtraining

  • @NutritiouslyHigh I should rewrite that :P

  • yeah that was pretty inpresive i meen if that was 150 pounds you made it look easy and your ripped to hell i meen i can do 147 pounds for like 7 reps and im gna try and get 150 before christmas which i should do but i dont find it as easy as your i rekon you could easy be doin 160 or more!

  • Awesome form. Keep bringing it down slow like that and you'll build some good mass. A better bench could really help too, along with an olympic bar. Keep it up!

  • Good stuff...some of the best bodybuilders started out with nothing more than a pair of dumbbells. I can attest to the fact that even a pair of cheap dumbbells will build muscle and strength if done properly. Everybody who says dumb stuff is a kid who wishes they could bench 150 10 times...

  • @springfield03sniper -_- I'm a 15 y old kid very skinny 5-7 weigh 135 lbs and I can :P

  • @MrEvilslashy not that i dissagree with the dumbell thing! thats how i got so buff :3

  • @springfield03sniper Strength, to a certain point. Muscle, to a certain point. But if you have a pair of 15 lb dumbbells and are doing 30 reps of bicep curls and 60 reps of bench press, you're not going to gain any more muscle mass.

  • you need to get a better bench. you're using a preschooler one. Also, dont stack small weights like that. Instead use 35 or 45 lb weights. Lastly, make sure you can do about 12 reps before moving up in weight that way you build muscle and dont build raw strength like a power lifter.

  • his arms could be so much better...

  • its funny how people that comment on youtube are so much stronger than average

  • im 15 and i do that for warm up.

  • @funkymunkycrap r u as skiny as this guy? wats ur max? mine was 200 last year and now im 15 maybe i can do more?

  • @TheMisterRedonkulis sure....

  • how did i end up here?

    i was watching porn

  • nice work and great music choice man

  • im 15 and i can do that for 2 reps

  • @TheJimmyjamslam lol weakling i can do 13 easy

  • @theman2942 prove it faggot, i bet you dont even lift, show me a video

  • @TheJimmyjamslam lol obv I'm bullshitting. I ain't as strong as you.

  • @theman2942 exactly.

  • don't touch your chest it will injure you in the long run...trust me !

  • im so weak i can do tthat once :[ and i just started 3 weeks ago

  • @aggravatedstyle youll get better over time.

  • @aggravatedstyle same. ;/

  • Battery by Metallica in the background!!!

  • Me n u are like exactly the same strength but I look way bigger! weird lol. Btw im (6'2, 165lbs) wut r u? :D??

  • ease off the guy noone is perfect, hes trying to do it the right way and asking for feedback for help. Tom your doing just fine man keep it up. some creatine, omega-3's and a whey shake after workout and casein shake b4 bed and you will be ok.

  • @1strawberryable Im 10 and i do 300. Show me a video then ill believe you lol

  • no way is that 150lbs

  • @youwonthavethisuser haha it probably is, I don't see a point in lying about that

  • I mire your aesthetics

  • yea u need an official bar your bar is too small which is making your grip way to close.

  • guy i am 18 200lbs an i press 290 you need to train man

  • @144martinez Does he look like 200 pounds to you? lol...

  • @144martinez Also, wtf do u think he's doing? It looks like training to me, lay off

  • @144martinez Where are your videos to prove it?

  • First off, get a real bench, a real Olympic size bar and weights, and eat more.

  • like everyone else says, should definitely try more weight+less reps

  • im no bodybuilder by all means. but your shoulders look like you could have potential to put some on. add 500 clean cals to your diet a day and see if that helps you bulk up. if not do more. gaining weight is going to be put on by eating more with lower reps/heavier weight. nice job keep up the work.

  • Try doing some freeweight bench pressing, inclined, declined, ect, its good for evening out the strength on both sides. Near the end one of your sides seemed to be a little weaker than the other, good job though!

  • Try doing your bench presses then some plyo pushups and finish off with presses on the totalgym with no rest between exercises. that should really blast your chest. Remember it's not always about weight. Do a youtube search for Scott Able and check out his videos.

  • I wouldn't lock your arms. I'd like to see someone bench nice and slow...but whatever floats your boat. that's my advice.

  • my honest opinion is , at some angles u look almost "too skinny" but u got wicked abs, so .. i guess when someone is true natural they look more natural like this, personally tho i bet the ladies love it lol, altho for my own fullfillment id prefer a bit "bigger" but just as lean , if possible, lol

  • i mean yea great, but i can do that and im 15. i dont do steriods and i dont even use supplements, im around 165 and i can bench 150 for at least 20 times, but then again i have been lifting for 2 years. if u just started then great job, but other wise, i dont really see the point for this video

  • @Chinesepiston2388

Every one has a different body frame, he looks like an Ectomorphic type judging by his legs through his pants so a 150 is pretty damn good for him if you ask me

  • nice job dude, how old are you? and howmuch do you weigh? youre a skinny guy like me. im 17 and i can bench 150 like... only 4 times hah. i weigh about 130

  • @ameerskater im 15 and max out at 180and weigh 113

  • @AndyHarglesis for 10 reps ? the average 13 year old weights 100 lbs so he would be benching 1.5 times his bodyweight 10 times ?? i think not jackass...

  • Lifting jeans ftw!

  • your too flat, try doing a bulking phase, dont be afraid to gain weight and lose that six pack.. youll get it back when you do your cutting phase

  • You will see much bigger gains in strength if you challenge yourself with heavier weight. You should be doing 4-6 reps with something that you strain for. Muscles tire out doing higher reps, no matter what weight you're using. So to get maximum results don't do higher reps, use higher weight to push your muscles, strength training isn't an aerobic excercise

  • LOL

  • You don't need to do ten reps. In fact, you should do 4-5 reps. So you bump that to 180 or 190. 4-5 reps stimulates the muscles much more than 10 reps.

  • battery!

  • i love that theres lots of metallica in your vids :P

  • Looking good, mate. Just try to focus on the negative movement, make it a little slower and you'll improve your bench quite quickly.

  • battery

  • Nice! I can only rep that roughly 4-6 times. Haven't really tried repping that weight out.

  • u're ripped but way to slim

  • hey bro i think you should be able to get more than that! you look alot more stronger than that. man.

  • Nice man your ripped of you pack on 10-15 more lbs of mass you will be a beast

  • nice work man them first few reps good explosion :)

  • U R AWESOME POSSUM!

lol but get a spotter pllzzzzz

  • When U flexed at the end of this clip, WOW!, My girlfreind & I, were both AMAZED with (ARMS), & MUSCLES on U!! You have a BEAUTIFULLY (MUSCLED) body on U!!
