i do 2 sets of 15 for 150 pounds. currently 16. I wanna try to bench the most, 300 pounds of pure steel, nothing else. Curling I wanna get to 200. One day ill get there ;)

I heard Justin Bieber can bench 120 lbs, I could do that when I was 16 too, but I didn't weigh 92 lbs like he does. That made me real mad, so now I HAVE to bench at least 1700 lbs.
The otherday I felt like Harrison Ford, so I thought oh I can bench 150, I mean hell I weigh 170, it should be a piece of cake... Damn... I was weak. Couldn't even get the bastard up all the way. I guess that's what i get for bench pressing once every 4 years.
@devilshand222 It's not tough for certain people. I'm not trying to be a keyboard warrior or anything so I'm not saying I can do any more or less than that, I'm just trying to state a fact.
yeah that was pretty inpresive i meen if that was 150 pounds you made it look easy and your ripped to hell i meen i can do 147 pounds for like 7 reps and im gna try and get 150 before christmas which i should do but i dont find it as easy as your i rekon you could easy be doin 160 or more!
Awesome form. Keep bringing it down slow like that and you'll build some good mass. A better bench could really help too, along with an olympic bar. Keep it up!
Good stuff...some of the best bodybuilders started out with nothing more than a pair of dumbbells. I can attest to the fact that even a pair of cheap dumbbells will build muscle and strength if done properly. Everybody who says dumb stuff is a kid who wishes they could bench 150 10 times...
@springfield03sniper Strength, to a certain point. Muscle, to a certain point. But if you have a pair of 15 lb dumbbells and are doing 30 reps of bicep curls and 60 reps of bench press, you're not going to gain any more muscle mass.
you need to get a better bench. you're using a preschooler one. Also, dont stack small weights like that. Instead use 35 or 45 lb weights. Lastly, make sure you can do about 12 reps before moving up in weight that way you build muscle and dont build raw strength like a power lifter.
ease off the guy noone is perfect, hes trying to do it the right way and asking for feedback for help. Tom your doing just fine man keep it up. some creatine, omega-3's and a whey shake after workout and casein shake b4 bed and you will be ok.
im no bodybuilder by all means. but your shoulders look like you could have potential to put some on. add 500 clean cals to your diet a day and see if that helps you bulk up. if not do more. gaining weight is going to be put on by eating more with lower reps/heavier weight. nice job keep up the work.
Try doing some freeweight bench pressing, inclined, declined, ect, its good for evening out the strength on both sides. Near the end one of your sides seemed to be a little weaker than the other, good job though!
Try doing your bench presses then some plyo pushups and finish off with presses on the totalgym with no rest between exercises. that should really blast your chest. Remember it's not always about weight. Do a youtube search for Scott Able and check out his videos.
my honest opinion is , at some angles u look almost "too skinny" but u got wicked abs, so .. i guess when someone is true natural they look more natural like this, personally tho i bet the ladies love it lol, altho for my own fullfillment id prefer a bit "bigger" but just as lean , if possible, lol
i mean yea great, but i can do that and im 15. i dont do steriods and i dont even use supplements, im around 165 and i can bench 150 for at least 20 times, but then again i have been lifting for 2 years. if u just started then great job, but other wise, i dont really see the point for this video
Every one has a different body frame, he looks like an Ectomorphic type judging by his legs through his pants so a 150 is pretty damn good for him if you ask me
nice job dude, how old are you? and howmuch do you weigh? youre a skinny guy like me. im 17 and i can bench 150 like... only 4 times hah. i weigh about 130
@AndyHarglesis for 10 reps ? the average 13 year old weights 100 lbs so he would be benching 1.5 times his bodyweight 10 times ?? i think not jackass...
You will see much bigger gains in strength if you challenge yourself with heavier weight. You should be doing 4-6 reps with something that you strain for. Muscles tire out doing higher reps, no matter what weight you're using. So to get maximum results don't do higher reps, use higher weight to push your muscles, strength training isn't an aerobic excercise
