Okay, anyways, critism can be harsh, but here it goes. I liked everything except the vocals. The volume level is way too low. And maybe the vocalist should express herself a little louder. Well, the vocals may be quite bad, but I think it's mostly because the microphone's sound level doesn't match the other instruments. The singer's voice kind of disappears sometimes, and it makes the whole song seem pretty messed up. So I say she should practice to get a stronger voice, and make sure that no instrument(s) shouts down the others before you start. After a while you'll play better together.

Ah, sorry if I'm a bit bad of expressing myself. What I mean is, that if the microphone's sound level would match the other instruments, it would be easier for the singer to hear herself and hit the notes. With practise, of course. But yeah, if they don't want to spend time on that, they should just go find another more professional singer.

Even though it's a cover, I think she sung it towards her best ability. I don't think she did that bad except for the 'Sora' part. But that could be perhaps she couldn't go that low.

Sometimes, people get mixed up with imitating and actually singing it to the best of what they can do by lowering or highering an octave from the original artist's voice.
