I LOVE the liquid eyeliner look, so I bought a cheap liner to practice with, but my wings never turn out even, the brush flicks against my lashes as I try to get a close line and it's just sort of a mess. I'm thinking that part of the problem may be the liner (consistency/brush), so can you recommend a brand you LOVE that's maybe $10-15, or so, max. I don't want to spend a lot, because I know I need more practice, but the liner I got is just really bad. Thanks!!

@Always1ftontheGround I know that that question was meant for Rachel, but... Black Radiance's Fine Line Liquid Eyeliner is pretty bomb. Super dark, opaque, matte liquid with a nice consistency/precise brush that's dirt cheap ($3 for a nice amount of product).
