im really excited about this project. the combination of the hypnotic drums and percussion, undeniably great bass (even though i cant stand rhcp) and that eerie synth line used all over the eraser compliments thom's songs in a way that radiohead never really could. but i find it infuriating that no well known musician can do something like this without widespread speculation over the future oftheir most famous outfit. why can't people just appreciate this for what it is?
