  • what pickups did you use?

  • How does the Warmoth feel compared to a Gibson? Is it heavier, more resonant, easier playing? I'm just curious because I'm seriously thinking of making one myself! Cheers

  • which fretwire did u use?

  • I am going to build a warmoth lp, can you tell me how you went about designing the neck, I know what type of body I want, just can't figure out my neck specs,if anybody cares to chime in, I'm all ears....... Deuces..great playing

  • Hello. I am a new owner of a Cyber Deluxe. Can you tell me how to turn effects like Delay and Modulation off on presets. It is very easy to add and tweak the effects, but I do not see any options for turning the effects off if a patch has effects on. I am sure it is something simple, but I cannot figure it out and am getting frustrated. Thanks for any help you can give me.

  • Nice! you didn't even wake the baby!

  • Thanks - - well he wasn't in there at the time hehehehe, and I recorded direct so it wasn't loud.

  • Wow! Nice sound and nice playing, too! 5*

  • wow Fender CyberDeluxe is just amazing !

  • I think it's decent for a non tube amp with built in effects. It can get a pretty sound if you tweak it.

  • No you would not want to glue a warmoth neck. their necks are the same exact specs as Fender strat necks (all except for the telecaster neck) and are not designed to be glued. Gluing one of their necks is sure to fail. If not having a set neck is an issue for you then I'd consider looking somewhere else besides Warmoth.

  • nah,not realy,i've heared good things about them

the substain is about the same right?

and having a techie put my wiring together still beats paying 4200 euros for a solid block of wood when i get get it mutch cheaper

i dont give a crap about the name on the headstock

from what i've heared yours sounds just like a real LP :3

  • Seems OK doesn't it?

I have some bad fret areas, but nothing too serious. Also I need a new toggle switch, but that can wait.

  • is it possible to glue a warmoth neck?

and do you have to wire everything yourself?

    if so,is it hard? :O

i wanted to buy a solidbody gibson but i cant be arsed spending 5000 dollars on a solidbody gibson

  • You have to either put the guitar all together yourself, or pay a tech or luthier to do it for you. Most guys will probably charge around $200 for that - maybe more maybe less. Most of putting it together is relatively easy if you're good with a drill and screwdriver. If you've never soldered before, doing the electronics can be pretty tough.

  • @mitzdaking just screw the stuff together... the electronics need to be wired, which is easier if you have a wiring diagram and can understand it... plus you need a soldering tool, etc. If you have the money and aren't very experienced with tech stuff, or don't want to do it, then get a luthier or tech to do it. Otherwise, just go at it carefully.

  • any continuing problems with the gold top? -Sir Schmoopy
