well done! you look so well> tell me how u managed to do it. i actually live in uk, but i was in america this summer, and was absolutely horrified at how much obesity there is. in fact i only shopped in wholefoods, it was a saviour. i know its mor expensive, but its well worth it. eating whole foods, literally, foods that are whole, ie oats, without being clustered with sugar etc, or making ur own burgers with organic or free range beef, is the way to go forward. combine that with excercise - !!

I am here still pressing. I would like to lose a little more weight than just ten pounds for my next video....I will definetly do one at the end of February no matter what since everyone is fussing me out!!!! The weight-loss is slowing but it is still coming of but in 2 and 3 lbs increments. I am still loosing I just want to WOW people more with my next video. I am glad to be able to encourage you!
