That resin color, wowww. <3 I've made a wig one size smaller before myself, I think I have a video up for that but the basic idea is to sew across the inside through the middle several times and pull along the thread so the wig cap gathers along the sewn path (tie it off every time you go across). Then once around the outside and pull it tighter and see if it works better. The bangs tend to end up huge but it might work for that wig anyways. Good luck! ^_^
