Because of Amendment 2, Flordia's domestic partnerships laws which benefited seniors citizens got eliminated.

Also should mention marriage has not always been between a man and a woman.. There are countless records all over the world where two guys or two women have been able to marry..

My sister and I strongly believe that God created everyone equal and that if two people love each other then they should, if they know what they're doing, be married. Anyone who says that Banning Gay Marriage Is Protecting The Marriage Institution is ignorant and intolerant. We're in a new era, and people need to catch up. With this being said Emma and I are out. Personally, i think 'marriage' is purely religious, they should come up with something different from- but completely legally equal. Just a different WORD.
