haha thanks. i'm kinda surprised anyone would think so. i guess it does sound pretty good (at least combined with the kick on the 1 2 3 4 in the pre-verse i guess you could call it) . it's from my old kit which was very cheap. also it's falling apart... one of the legs is broken and one of the pieces that holds the screw on for tuning completely broke off a year or two ago.

i guess that sort of proves you don't need good gear to get a good sound? hehe

I think I like this sound, I think the sounds have to sound clear, sometimes it's cool if you can hear, that it was cheap.

My floor tom was cheap too and it really sounds like shit, maybe i just don't know how to tune right.

I hope you get what I mean, my english isn't the best.
