I think that all depends on what you mean by "popular". I'm pretty sure long time U2 fans remember the track --- particularly the standout Wide Awake In America version --- from when it was released 27 years ago. Wide Awake In America also includes the definitive "Bad", if you ask me. Hard to beat that version.
