If he still wants to raise taxes on the people who earn $200-250k or more, who are in many instances the job producers and if he still raises the capital gains tax, we are surely headed for another depression. The top earners have been paying more income taxes all along. I think that is fair, but I think there should be a cap of 50%. I think the billionaires need to be taken to task for tax-dodging.

What really bugs me is that Obama still wants to raise the capital gains tax. If he announced Monday that he wouldn't do this, I believe buying in the market would resume. Consumers feel better if they don't fear paying a higher tax. If your stock value rises you pay a tax on that amount,
