Although I only discovered lovely Sissel today I have thoroughly enjoyed watching her perform and her wonderful voice. Not only is she an accomplished singer..but seems to be a lovely, gracious young woman as well. She's delightful in this video. Seems to be a down to earth, natural person too..all too rare in this "look at ME!" age. Thank you for posting this charming video. Enjoyed it very much.

It is filmed in Drammens Teater near Oslo in Norway in September 2001. A DVD of this concert is included if you buy Sissel's CD "Nordisk vinternatt". An audio recording of the same concert is released on CD "Sissel in Symphony". That CD does not include "O Sole Mio" though.
