There is exactly the story he remembers that the zerg attacked his colony and the military saved him thats why he joined, his love was taken by zerg creatures. Then the brainwash fails, and he starts to remember what happened for real. ;) And ofc he dies at the end :D

Yes when you will be recruited as a Terran marine you will have 40 health, and you will only damage your opponent by only 6 HP(Depending on there armor level) every time you fire on them, And you will most likely die in the first few seconds when coming out of the barracks. So.....are you up for this recruit?

im not sure what your saying, but nobody will be able to find any argument, that starcraft broodwar was not the best real time strategy game of all times. This game is huge. warhammer is more or less an interesting joke compared to the magisty of starcraft.

And to everybody: starcraft broodwar ist so good today, because it is 12 years old! They patched the game over and over. Same will happen with SC II and in about a year itll be so much better, than it already is.

You play the majority of the campaign only as Terran. There are a few additional levels that allow you to play as the Protoss once Zeratul contacts you. You are unable to play as Zerg. In multiplayer, you can play all three races fine. SC2 is a fast paced game and compared to SC1, is a huge disappointed. So if you would want to get it, let the damn thing drop below $50 because it sure isn't worth it above that price!

@Cayden1986 its still new so there are things to figure out still. just like in SC1. it didnt get to where it is today in a couple months, it took years. and expansions affect the multiplayer experience too with new units for the zerg and protoss. so i wouldnt say its crap, it just needs some time to be figured out. although i agree that SC1 is more dynamic right now, but well see when the expansions come out.

I'm still not comfortable with StarCraft 2, I don't think I ever will be. StarCraft 2 is run by an entirely different team to the ones that developed StarCraft 1. The developers had a lot of time to get their stuff right, along with intense campaigning on the beta test front.

As for the expansions, all they will do is introduce an entirely new storyline, & yes, add a few new units. But that's not solving anything, even the storyline of SC2 is completely dodge.

I actually don't like StarCraft II as much as the first, either.

One of the biggest issues to me is that you cannot adjust the game speed. The units are cool, but they replaced some pretty awesome ones as well.

I am a veteran Tosser from the old days. Unfortunately I cannot adjust to the game speed of StarCraft II. Not that I'm terribly good or anything. But I have been told it's the fastest RTS to date.

I will only be buying StarCraft II for the storyline. Hamachi rules!

The thing I don't like about SC2 is I was an all-rounder, being equally good at the races Terran, Protoss, and Zerg. Starcraft II came along, and I figured out something....They made Protoss easy to play against, Terran hard to play against and Zerg practically IMPOSSIBLE to play. Perhaps I'm look at this the wrong way. But still, I'm having to resort to constantly playing Terran all the time going against people online. Overall, it's fairly a good game.
