simple! download Real player 11 and install it. Then go back on youtube and a button will appear taht says "download this video" Wala! then convert it from video format to mp3 only using Cool Edit pro or Total Video Converter! If you have Mozlla it will give you an option when you download the video...chose "Save as mp3"

It's a long method but works all teh time!
