I was on that JOB, for Local 101 Operating Engineers. I was The Crane Operator that Tailed Everything. And yes CDWIGGI they had to change out the Blades For Cracking and all the Bullit holes that were everywhere!

The Blue Grass project was shut down from anywhere between 6 and 18 months because the blades had a serious design flaw, they where buckling. On this film you see the Suzlon S82 which is a 1MW machine and has some great features as well as some poor features.

Wind varies from day to day like anywhere else. There'll be plenty of days when those props will be spinning like mad.
