Obama and Bush did alot of spending. Obama's spending isn't doing a thing. Obama hasn't done a thing right since he's been in there. 131,000 jobs lost this month not counting almost 200,000 that stopped looking for work. I thought he was supposed to create jobs. It includes a increase of IRS funding to enforce the law and planting power in the hands of a commisioner to act as a gustapo to collect its revenues and/or take your end of year tax returns if you do not pay. @JawsJaws actually according to many non partisan and economics groups Obama's stimulus bill saved 2-4 million jobs. And his contribution to the deficit is minimal in comparison. Only the stimulus Bill under obama added to the deficit. Everything else was screwed up under bush.
Also about the unemployment you have to realize that America is a large ship, things dont change in an instant. Look at any previous recession and you will see that they took a long time to turn around.

It was $1 trillion when Reagen entered office, that took 200 years to get to that point. And it was $12 trillion when Bush left office.
