  • Peter,

Thanks for the great videos! I went from zero to serious about learning to play in just a couple of months!

  • my guitar doswnt hace such a bright sound even with new strings :(

  • @MrJackanthony because you should buy a beter one, made in real wood ^^

the better quality of the wood, the better the sound of the guitar. it doesn't depend on the strings..

yeah, a good guitar is really expensive though..

  • @Ultima013 yes and no,sometimes the price of an guitar is below her quality, and If you buy to a decent guitar new strings from Elixir or Dadario in higher quality the guitar changes in something really new.

  • thank you for that great great tutorial. It was real fun love the rythmic basis behind, really great, thank you so much for creating this and posting it.

  • Im just learning so dont laugh. whats the 7 mean?

  • it means your adding the 7th note of the scale to the chord

  • A chord is built with a series of notes, usually 1, 3, 5. For example (a, c, e.) The root note is normally 1 or in the example it would be (a). So, count 7 notes up from (a) and the note would be (g). There's your seventh. It spices up chords and is a huge part of blues and jazz music. Hope that clears it up.

  • Excellent, and good fun.

  • i-i7-VImaj7-V7

  • Wow is easy and so fun to play, thanks so much!!

  • what's not to get? It's a relatively simply progression so as long as you can get the rhythm down. I think the strumming part would be the most cumbersome part. Those are some easy and useful to do know if you are looking for some colorful variations to music.

  • i still dont get it..

  • i dont know where to put my fingers udont tell me

  • Am_ 1st finger on the 2nd string 1st fret, 2nd finger on the forth string 2nd fret,3rd finger on the 3rd string 2nd fret. Am7- just take your ring finger off of the 3rd string.

FM7- 1st finger on the 2nd string 1st fret; 2nd finger on the 3rd string 2nd fret; 3rd finger on the 4th string 3rd fret. E7- 1st finger on the 3rd string 1st fret and 2nd finger on the 4th string 2nd fret
