The type of screams a band uses doesn't make them a certain genre. The genre is more commonly determined from the lyrics, and their meaning. A lot of emo bands might use high screams, but that doesn't actually mean that any band that uses a high scream is emo. Please just enjoy the music that you like and don't write bad shit about music you don't like, because chances are there are people that like the music.

If you don't like metal don't look up metal bands and listen to it. It's that simple
