@davidjereb I almost forgot this video. We have Weller soldering stations at the shop with various tips. However not everyone can afford that equipment. the cheaper irons usually have tips too large for smds. The replacement tips are very cheap and usually come several in a package for less then a single smd tip. When oxidation occurs one can just sand the tip and tin it with solder and get back to work. Oxidation is not a good enough reason not to grind tips for those on a tight budget.

Yeah I know........my colleague who shot the other videos was not available so I just used my laptop's cam. It is just a preview....I will do a better one soon.
I don't think you should be grinding your soldering tips. Your tip will oxidize.

Hi, could you make high amps PWM with output voltage same to input voltage? :D. I mean 13.5v to 13.5v PWM.
