if there is a god why was slavery aloud so many years ago? are u telling me millions of people have gone to hell just because it isn't acceptable now?? please explain why there was life before us on earth and yet apparently we were created to be the best and dominate. yet each of our lives are but flashes of light in comparison with the earth and beyond.

if you listen to rise against lyrics alot through out all their albums they make alot of religious and biblical refrenses but not in the religious sense, just in a metaphoric sense, to giv a better image. they have never been religious. their singer tim does bring up angels in some of his songs in an interesting way too. i love their lyrics, though im not religeous
