I like seeing how Halo games looked like before. I've seen the very old one that was supposed to be an RTS but then was changed to Third Person, and then First Person. Imagine how Halo would've been right now if Bungie had never changed it!!! But I would love to play the old version of Halo, it looks fun.

@kuatsu i dunno, i think as a game it should've been less rush tactics, if it didn't deliver that as the only strategy to win then i would of liked it more, i enjoyed the campaign but when you think of games such as age of empires made by ensemble studios, it should've been so much better, it it was by another company that wasn't a renown RTS developer it probably would of also been less judged, that's my opinion :)

@TheShadowWish i always beat rushers, as the only effective rush is either using warthogs or sending in a covenant leaders (or 3 if online) and build as many ghosts as you can. If you can get past the rushing stage then the game becomes more tactical, i once beat 3 guys on my own using various tactics..

Man, remembering those days are very sentimental, I enjoyed Halo 2 and it is the most favorite of the series... I'll miss Bungie but I thank 343 Industries for jumping in and continuing the series, I just can't believe Bungie left the series when overall Halo 3 was in so much need of a sequel... But still love not war, thanks Bungie we'll miss you....

@kuatsu yea all bungie stated was they placed a graphics layer over the origional, they also said you have th eoption to turn off the new gfx layer and have the origional gfx. thats all they did with the campaign, they added a Halo CE friendly Firefight and they placed the Halo reach engine for multiplayer using Halo CE maps. I just wish they just did purely Halo CE multi-player with online access though...
