My favorite thing to cook doesn't really have a name. I make penne pasta with grilled chicken and tons of veggies like peppers, zucinni, onions, carrots, garlic, etc. in a homemade tomato sauce. I have a few tricks that make it REALLY yummy. But Kaleb, that salmon looked amazing!

That's SO funny-- there's five kids in my family too, and my mother taught us all how to cook from a very early age, just like you were saying your mother did. her thoughts were the same as your mother's--she didn't want to have to cook for all of us every night, so she taught us how to cook and we each had our own day of the week where we'd get to fix whatever we wanted (within reason). I've never heard of anyone else's family doing that until now. lol

2. My favorite thing to cook is Ramen noodles because they're really easy to make. It used to be eggs, until I burned myself on the pan I was making eggs in.

My favorite thing to cook is Chicken Parmesan, it's sooo good. You put the chicken on top of some kind of spaghetti noodles and cover it with Owen Newman's Marinara Sauce and it's delicious, when I have friends over at my apartment and I ask, "I'm cooking dinner, what do you want?" They request Chicken Parmesan, and I kind of made up the breading mixture myself. :)

ok, so I know how to make a delicious tuna casserole if that counts? haha. coincidently, my gigantic family also used to have days we would be assigned to cook on, and i would make 'tuna noona caserole' (tuna noodle casserole. haha). But, besides that, 'Shepard's pie". You put seasoned ground beef on the bottom of a 9x13 pan, then corn, then mashed potatoes, then sprinkle cheese on top, and cook/melt together in the oven on 350 for about 15 minutes! DELICIOUSNESS! :D

Epic Microwave Nachos:

1) Scatter On the Border chips over a large microwavable plate.

2) Cover chips with large dollops of refried beans (from a can).

3) Cover with handfuls of shredded cheese.

4) Add jalapenos if you so desire (dribble juice over the top for an extra special flavor).

5) Microwave for 3 1/2 minutes if you like runny cheese, 5 if you like crunchy cheese.

6) Take out of microwave and put sour cream, tomatoes, guacamole and salsa (preferably On the Border) on top.

7) Devour.
