It reminds me of something I read in a Penn and Teller book some years ago. Whenever you're driving through a toll booth, pay for the car behind you and ask the attendant to tell them that you said "hi."
It's both a random act of kindness and an unbelievably confusing joke. :D
we are coming for you Coin Man. You can't run forever. You shall be Punished for your crimes. We are coming for you Coin Man. You can't hide forever. The government will find you. MMMWWAHAHAHAHAHA! >:D
@Umishiru I like it! I shall travel the earth, filling parking meters with change to prevent the good citizens of the world from receiving parking tickets.
Hahaha, that's hilarious. I always ask for my change in coins because I have to pay for parking at uni. But there are meter maids on the Gold Coast here in Australia who walk around in gold bikinis and buckets full of change. They get the change from kind donations by the public and put the coins in the meters of people who have run out of time on their meter. :)
Haha- that's great!

@billyCtv haha. I don't like pennies, they don't work in meters! But nickels are worth like a half hour here, so they're ok by me.
